What you're agreeing to

aura.video is an online service operated by aura.video ("we", "us") that generates short music videos from audio you upload, using our curated shot library. By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these terms.

• Your audio. You confirm you own or have the rights to any song you upload. You keep all rights to your audio.
• Our video. Downloaded videos are yours to publish, post, and promote with, worldwide, for personal or commercial use. Our shot library remains ours; you may not extract, resell, or redistribute individual clips.
• Credits. Credits are a prepaid balance for generates and downloads. They are not currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire.
• Acceptable use. No uploading content you don't have rights to, no hateful, explicit, or illegal material, no attempts to bypass credit gates or access the service programmatically without permission.
• Availability. We're a small team. The service may change or go down. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes to pricing or these terms.
• Liability. The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

What we collect, what we don't

• Waitlist: your email, used only to tell you when we launch. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Account: email, password (hashed), credit balance, and generation history so you can re-download your videos.
• Uploads: your audio snippet and the lyrics you confirm, stored only as long as needed to generate and let you re-download. Deleted on account deletion.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Analytics: basic, privacy-respecting usage stats (which shots get downloaded most) to improve the library. No ad tracking, no selling data, ever.
• Your rights: email us to export or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.

Money back, clearly stated

• Unspent credits: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions. Email support with your order email.
• Spent credits: generates and downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable — except if the service fails to deliver a video, in which case credits are returned automatically or refunded on request.
• Don't like the result? Previews are free. Only download what you love. Generate again — it's different every time.
• Disputes: contact us first — we resolve most issues within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. You can delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing support; unspent credits inside the 14-day window are refunded, and your uploads are deleted.

Legal / export restrictions: none. The service is available worldwide where Stripe supports payments. All prices in USD.
